To book appointments and check availability, please use the “Book Now” button on my website. All necessary information can be found there. Text messages are strictly for confirming appointments only. I do not provide availability via text, social media, or email. For real-time openings, always refer to the website.

Once you book, you’ll receive a link to complete the necessary paperwork 24 hours before your visit. This allows us to maximize our time together and focus directly on your treatment, keeping consultation time minimal.

A $25 non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve your appointment. Why? This helps prevent no-shows and filters out those who aren’t genuinely interested in receiving care. My time is valuable, and I trust that yours is too. This fee will go toward your total at checkout. If you no-show, this fee may be used to cover that cost.

If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, the $25 deposit will remain as a credit and will be applied to your rebooked session. No refunds will be given for cancellations.

No-show policy: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without notice, you will be charged 50% of the service booked. With today's easy communication tools, there’s no reason not to cancel or reschedule. The booking system is user-friendly and gives you direct access to manage your appointments. Please respect my time, as I always aim to respect yours.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow for a smooth and relaxed start to your session.

Arrival Instructions

When you arrive for your appointment, please remain in your car and text your last name along with the word "Here"to the business number: 336-283-5130. This allows me to prepare your treatment space and welcome you in without you having to wait outside or stand in the weather.

Once your room is ready, I’ll reply with “Come in” so you know it’s time to head inside.

This system was originally implemented during the COVID era and has remained in place because it continues to provide a smooth, private, and comfortable experience for everyone. Please save this number in your phone for easy check-in moving forward. Thank you for your cooperation!

I specialize in personalized services aimed at enhancing your overall well-being and ensuring a fulfilling experience. I offer orthopedic/clinical approach massages designed to address specific issues, as well as stress relief massages aimed at alleviating tension and the stressors of modern life.

A Standard 20% gratuity is added to all services. Services offered are available in durations of 50 and 80 minutes.

I do not offer couples massages as this is a Private Practice with one sole Massage Therapist.

It’s simple: just make sure they mention your name when booking online. During their intake, they’ll complete the same documentation you did, where they’ll list you as their referral. Once they complete their first session, your credit is applied. You can save your credits or apply them to future services—stack them up and enjoy the rewards when you're ready.

Policy: Referral credits are applied to your online client profile and can only be used toward services. Credits cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, or applied to gift card purchases.

Package Policy – Please Read Before Purchase

All package sales are final. Packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be shared with family or friends. Each package is assigned to one individual and must be used by that client only. There is no expiration date; however, it is the client’s responsibility to schedule and complete their sessions.

Appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of that session—no exceptions. Services within a package cannot be substituted, swapped, or combined with any other service, discount, promotion, or refer a friend offer. If you decide at the end of your first treatment to purchase package for the massage type booked for, this visit would be included in the package series purchase. If it is different we cannot modify or change. You would simply Pay for the service received and able to purchase package in the same transaction. Missed appointments, late arrivals, or failure to follow booking policies will not be credited or rescheduled. By purchasing a package, you acknowledge and agree to all terms listed.

Packages are available for existing clients only. I believe in establishing a professional relationship first to understand your needs and ensure we’re the right fit for each other. This allows me to personalize your treatment plan and deliver the best results possible.

Packages must be purchased in person. After your first visit at my practice, you'll have the opportunity to purchase the package that best suits your goals. We’ll go over the details together at checkout so you can move forward with confidence and clarity.

At the moment, we don't manage insurance claims for massage treatments as they're not commonly covered. However, we acknowledge that cost can be a concern, and we're here to provide alternative solutions.

One option is utilizing a Health Savings Account (HSA), which enables you to allocate pre-tax funds for medical expenses.
